My floral style is natural, unfussy and relaxed with a refined, elegant feel – perfect for laidback, luxurious celebrations. I believe your wedding flowers should play a central role in the overall styling of your day. After all, in terms of visual impact, they’re impossible to beat!
Your experience working with me is as important as the beauty and quality of the designs I create. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking.
I know there’s a lot to consider and a million different decisions to be made, so I do everything I can to reduce the potential for stress and confusion.
From the moment you get in touch, you and your flowers will be my top priority.

Vases, Vessels, Décor and Accessories
As well as concept, design and installation, working with me gives you exclusive access to my collection of décor and accessories. From arches and urns to milk churns and vases, I have a wide range of items available to hire. If I don’t have what you’re looking for, I’m more than happy to investigate sourcing something on your behalf.
Where I Work
Pretty Floral is based in Bicester, near Oxford, covering venues throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the rest of the South East. I’m proud to be a recommended supplier for Winters Tale Country Barn near Buckingham. I’m also open to travelling elsewhere in the UK, so please get in touch to discuss the location of your wedding.

One
Get in Touch
Use the contact form to get in touch and tell me as much as possible about your wedding plans so far. I’ll respond personally to arrange your complimentary consultation. We can meet in person at my garden studio, speak over the phone or via Zoom – whatever suits you best.

two
Let's Chat!
Your consultation is an opportunity to share and discuss ideas, ask questions, and get to know each other. With an event as important as your wedding day, it’s vital you trust your suppliers and feel confident in their abilities, so this is your chance to make sure we’re a perfect fit.

Your Bespoke Proposal
Based on what we’ve discussed, I’ll create a bespoke proposal and quote including a beautiful inspiration board to help you visualise your wedding florals. At this stage, you don’t need to make any firm decisions about your flowers. It’s likely your plans will shift and change, so the design process will continue alongside this. In the meantime, a £200 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

four
Final Floral Details
With around eight weeks to go, we’ll arrange a final consultation and/or venue visit to confirm your plans and finalise all the details. Following this, I’ll amend your original proposal to create a detailed design brief outlining everything we’ve discussed and agreed. I’ll also include a floral timeline for your wedding day, so you’ll know exactly what’s happening and when. Final payment is due four weeks before your wedding day.

Your wedding day
On your wedding day, I’ll be onsite to set-up and install your floral designs, ensuring every detail fits your vision. The only time you’ll see me is when I personally deliver your bouquets and buttonholes. Everything else will simply appear, transforming your venue, as if by magic.

Investment
To ensure I can create the refined, luxurious designs I’m known for, using flowers of the highest quality, the minimum spend for wedding florals is £1000.
Beyond this, every wedding is unique and the designs I create are completely bespoke, so my work is priced on an individual basis. I’ll be able to provide you with a detailed quote following your initial consultation.
